Annual Pledge 2024-2025 Pledge Year
Please enter a value based on the pledge frequency selected above. For example, if you selected monthly, enter the amount you wish to donate every month. Likewise, if you selected annually, enter the amount you wish to give for the entire year.

If you chose to change your pledge amount and give monthly via our Breeze system, your monthly contribution amount will be updated to reflect the amount entered above.
If you wish to set up monthly ACH withdrawals or credit card contributions you can log in to your Breeze account and select “Give Now.” Also please indicate whether you choose to pay the processing fee for your donations. If you need assistance setting up your Breeze account, please contact Ericka in the church office at uucnoffice@uunashua.org or 603-882-1091 ext: 201.
