UUParenting: Support Group for Parents of Tween & Tweens

5 Tuesday from 6:30-8 pm in room 6 at UU Nashua

May 13th, 20th, 27th & June 3rd & 10th

Sadie Kahn Greene and Michelle Sandy are hosting a 5-week program of support and connection for parents of teens and tweens. This is an excellent way for longtime and our newcomers to UU Nashua to meet and connect over being parents of this age group!

We have room for 10 parents to join this spring's pilot program, and we hope to offer it again in the fall.

This group welcomes parents of tweens and teens seeking support with parenting and the struggles of raising young people. Parenting is difficult, especially with today’s influences, which is why this group aims to establish a safe space for those interested in seeking support and having access to resources to help enhance parenting skills and family relationships.

We will focus on general parenting tips, communication, family bonding, spiritual practice, and self-care. Parenting is ever-evolving, and we can all learn from other’s experiences and knowledge, which are encouraged and welcome in this group. Come and join us to support one another in our struggles, as well as celebrate the joys that come with parenting adolescents.

If interested in joining, please contact Michelle Sandy or Sadie Kahn-Greene!
