Starting on November 6th! The Unitarian Universalist Church of Nashua is pleased to offer you a weekly opportunity to experience the art and science of meditation and mindful living.
TIME: Every Thursdays 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Doors open at 6:15. Please come early to get settled for the 6:30 start time. (We will meet on the first three Thursdays of each month. The 4th Thursday is a Deep Gong Meditation.)

Research has shown that meditation decreases stress, improves concentration, attention, and memory, modulates emotional reactivity, thus improving our relationships and giving us an overall experience of well-being. FACILITATOR:
Romulo (Romy) Valdez, Ph.D. is a psychologist in private practice in Hollis, NH where he treats individuals, couples and families. He received his clinical training at both Dartmouth and Harvard Medical Schools, Department of Psychiatry. Dr. Valdez has been a student of meditation and the contemplative arts for 50+ years as well as having certifications in kundalini yoga, sound healing and mindfulness meditation. He incorporates these modalities in working with people suffering from the stressors of daily living. Romy’s spiritual practice includes yoga, meditation, writing, gardening and mindful living.
