Description

Help Sundays run smoothly by joining a "Smooth Sunday Team." Teams will rotate and serve in these roles once every 6 weeks. That means serving 6-7 times over the course of a church year.

Smooth Sunday Teams will consist of 5-6 people who will fill 4 roles on Sunday mornings:

Serve as greeters

Host fellowship hour - set up, clean up, make coffee & hot water (can choose what to do about food - bring it, don't bring it, recruit others to bring.)

One person serve as rover during the service (this requires Safe Congregation Training)

A Smooth Sunday Team Leader is in charge of coordinating who is doing what tasks and knowing how to do all the tasks.

There will be a brief training for all Team members - you can attend either on September 13 or September 20 from 11:45-12:15.
